In 2014, V&S was listed as an AdAge “Best Places to Work”.

Can’t stack the jury on this award. Because employee responses are anonymous, they decide if the agency deserves to be on this list — not bonuses for execs, not pay-for-play with the publisher, not coasting on reputation.

Foster an amazing culture, do work that makes you proud, give people resources to succeed. Simple, but far from easy.
